It's not something I particularly want to do but it may be the best resolution for me unless and until I can feel a change in my present cycle of life

How would buying a camper van be a viable resolution for my living circumstances for now

Hexagram 9.1.2>53

I think this is telling me it would give me time to be on my own in my own space and be able to Return to just being me and leading my life in the way I want to or

Line 1 - This is a time of self restraint and not to move forward or retreat just try to find a way to Return to what I was doing before this present rental dilemma took place which was trying to start my business so I can move forward personally and financially.
Line 2 - If I follow the advice of Line 1 I can return to a better personal space and take some time out to just nurture myself and enjoy the nature around me. My business is for nurturing others so it may well help me to start my business regardless of this dilemma.

Sounds good to me. And the fact that 9.1.2 leads to 53. Gradual Progress also suggests it would be a step in the right direction. Mars (ruler of cars and moving forward in general) is retrograde until the 14th so you might want to wait till after that to make up your mind.

Perfect thanks!! I'd been considering it a few months ago and then changed my mind because as I mentioned it's not what I want to do but what would I know!!! It's coming into Summer here so for at least the next 3 - 4 months is will be warm enough to be camping out every night.
Great I love it when you mention Astrology so I'll bear that in mind. Thanks Rosada

Rosada may be right because both lines are positive. But I also see this : 53 is a situation that is slowly developing for your own good...
Hexagram 9 "The taming power of the small" speaks of slowing down the pace.
"Thus the superior man. Refines the outward aspect of his nature" (The Image)
And both lines 1 and 2 (Good Fortune) mean, in my opinion, to slow down as well because you want to get something, but it's not the right time... As you're talking in another message about buying a house, maybe it's about... 🌺

Line 2 also has a commentary about not erring in what you owe others. :)
I've been doing a lot of research on camper vans. I found a pretty cool minivan build on YouTube by a guy named Eric enjoys earth, that's totally removable and really easy to build. Bed that pushes back into a couch, Sink, cabinet movable table, solar, he built it in a sienna but you could build it in any minivan. And you can remove it and put it in another van, or just remove it if you need to move other stuff. I think I'm gonna do that with my old Sienna. I have a very cool solar generator I can use in there.

Awesome thanks Lavalamp I may use that in the future - please update here if you do it.

That's what if feels like - it's something developing but I don't like the path I'm having to take to get there although over the last few hours I've got used to the idea.
I've decided to slooooooow right down over the Summer months here and I'm not going to buy a van (although that could change but I hope not) I'm just going to buy a good tent and some other camping gear and set up at a caravan park about 10 minutes from here, after I've let go of this rental in 3 weeks.
I've tentatively booked the space for before and after Christmas and said I could hold yoga classes for the kids on holidays and some other childrens activities while I'm staying there. So it will be kind of a working holiday without pressure. I'm planning on doing this until the end of January and see what's panning out then. Thanks Matali I feel like your post is confirmation of this being the best thing for me to do at this time.

I'm thinking about how 53. Gradual Progress is about the steps the birds go through to reach their ultimate home and how this could be saying that as you consider your next move there are certain specific stages you will need to go through and that considering moving is appropriate but as Matali and Lavalamp in have brought to our attention there seems to be a message coming through to slow down the pace and consider all the opportunities. Perhaps you have to give your intention time to manifest. Don't travel faster than your angels can fly. Your intention needs to be picked up on the radar screen of all the kids who want to learn yoga! Perhaps right now they will all be primed for your arrival so continue visualizing what you want iyour yoga class to be! Perhaps even starting one where you are at your current address. Maybe not an actual class but something that is leading to a class. Like you doing yoga yourself at a certain time on a specific schedule. Even if no one knows about it there will start to be a blip, a shift in the energies around your place. Interesting you have three weeks left on your lease. They say it takes 3 weeks to establish a practice.

Your intention seems clear and strong and sparks my inner image maker! Here is what I am inwardly visualizing: I see you sitting outside a camper in a slightly wooded area with children sitting about at your feet watching while you tell them stories of creatures in the forest and as you talk your hands are making movements illustrating the yoga positions you want to teach them but you are linking them to the story you are telling. For example, "Once there was a wise and noble pharaoh who was approached by a man asking for a favor. Now the man knew the Noble One had been in a bad mood for days so he was determined to approach him verrry carefully..." and so the story goes on and ends up with the man creeping into the chamber on all four's like a dog and when angrily the Noble One commands him to bow even lower he does it so gracefully that the king spares his life, grants his wish, and goes about telling everyone to bow down to him in just the same way with a jaunty greeting of, "Downward Dog!"... and that's the position we're all going to learn today." And with that you have them all practice Downward Dog pose!
For an enrichment craft you could have them all make pharaoh hats out of paper plates and they could act out the story.

Just as an aside, I lived in a van for about 2 and a half years as I was finishing medical school. It was really a good choice for me- just needed a place to sleep and in LA (where I was living) you practically live in your car anyway. I was able to cook at my school, and I had work study there also, was there almost every day 8-12 hours. I saved the money I would have spent on rent and then spent a year and a half after school volunteering and travelling around the world. I sold the van for funds, and few years later I am now living in "the real world" but really want to do this again some day. PM me if you have any questions on set up. I had just a normal white cargo van which was good, it blended in a lot more than a real "camper" as I was in an urban environment. Depends where you are living. I was definitely nervous at first as a single woman in my 30s but it ended up being such a great experience, really shifted my mindset.

That sounds wonderful poeticwalker - thank you for sharing your story. I actually have done it before when I owned a '73 kombi camper around 10 years ago but I had a safe place to park it every night and I'd been living in the area for a long time and knew the environment where to not park. I'm nearly 60 now and really just want to settle somewhere but obviously it's not time for that (or something).

Thanks Rosada - your idea about the story is exactly how kids Yoga classes are run. My theme is the ocean with mermaid and dolphin etc. as the name of the poses and I have ocean craft ideas to do after.
Staying here in this house I think is not a good idea, it feels like a very unstable environment as the landlady has done some very very odd things re this lease but I get what your saying and that was the idea in the first place.
Being in the caravan park would give me instant access to be able to run classes and the manager of the park has already shown a keen interest taking my phone number even if I don't stay there. The park is right on the ocean and I wouldn't have to be dealing with living in someone else's space or worrying about them terminating my lease I would just know exactly what is going on because there's a arrival and departure date and it's the same for everybody else staying there.
I realise that's what I'm after, now I'm writing it down - to know EXCATLY what's going on. With the vitriolic drunk you never knew and the rental I just left with all the undesirables going in and out of the units and constant partying I never knew when I would get woken up at night and who was lurking around outside. This landlady has not been honest from the start and her behaviour is erratic.

As this week has progressed and different things have evolved - I now going to a campsite that's a lot quieter than the original one I had planned to stay in and as you pointed out Matali, I really do need to slow down more than I was planning and take that time to smell the roses.

I find this very much a reflection of 9>53

I still haven’t bought a camper or gone far at all so it’s still in progress!!

Fortunately though, because we’ve had so much rain we’re now considered a Flood zone.... imagine camping 🏕 in the wet!!

9.1.2 > 53

So would you say that 9.1.2 > 53 meant "just stick with your own regular ways for now"? Or how do you interpret the reading in retrospect?

Knowing about other aspects of my life that’s all relative to where I live and what I’m doing, I’d say yes Stick with what’s familiar until I feel better in myself. That’s Progress in itself.
