Hello,
Last night I saw a dream which I don't remember in terms of plot etc the only things I remember is the hexagram 52 very clearly and multiple times in my head. There is an eminent change in my life coming any day or hour, I can't share anything more other than its a physical change that changes also life dynamics profoundly (in my mind in the most positive but yet also challenging ways). I do feel overwhelmed from the upcoming change here and there but not overly. So this dream seems like an answer to a question of my subconscious maybe. Any tips or insights how to interpret this phenomenon? Thanks

You say you don't recall details, do you perhaps remember how the hexagram appeared? Like a symbol floating in the air, or people saying it aloud, or were you querying the Yijing in your dream?

52, Keeping Still, teaches us the value of not acting and not seeking- in some situations, no amount of trying will change a situation or further a process. Often I know my mind just says "what do I do? What do I do?" This is about the discipline of keeping still and not following thatcurge to leap into action. You say you are going to undergo a physical change, this could perhaps represent physically not moving. Its trigrams depict mountains on mountains- an impassable barrier- the only thing for the wise person to do here is to stay in place and consider the situation without giving in to the need to act.

I like 52 as a reminder to leash my monkey mind, which will chase after every shiny object while missing the pearl. Or the point being made, if only I could hear it above the noisy thoughts crowding my head.

In Christian terms, "Be still, and know that I am God." I.e., it's not up to you, now.

It appeared like a number ( in relation to iching though..I remember the number only in that context). Thank you and indeed the physical change requires stillness it makes total sense.

Yes my mind was all over the place ..I was supposed to be in a waiting mode but yes that's what's happening to me when I have to be patient :) sounds like a protective dream
