A job question hex 62.2, 9.2

Hi, yi ching knowers. I am currently supposed to work on a project, however the people i am doing the project for suddenly went silent and do not respond.
I instinctively get the feeling that maybe they are not happy with the current progress of the work. I asked the question - what should i do to beapproved and successful for this project and got 62.2.


I asked also what does the silence mean? and I got 9.2.


My interpretation is the following:

1. There is no big future development in this project (62.2) and i am not approved by the main authority to lead this project. I should focus on the small - accomplishing the small task they have given me, and not see anything further.

and for the 9.2 I also understand it as problematic. and unsuccessful to continue striving for this project. Tha i should keep low and wait for them to contact me.

Do you have any ideas?

In H62, a small bird keeps low, and can have good fortune. To quote Hilary on Line 2, "To create sustainable relationships and patterns of living, you need to concentrate modestly on the practicalities, on what is attainable." Further, just because you are not in contact with the king (the person with the money), this should not disturb you as long as you have someone you can ask questions, if needed (the minister).

I asked also what does the silence mean? and I got 9.2.

I would take this to mean that they may have their eyes on long term projects (farming is a multi-season, multi-year kind of business requiring large amounts of overview and planning). They may just be worried about things other than you. You will feel them pull you in when they need you; until then, you can tend your particular plot of land and try to be ready when you are called.

Hello. I think I Ching is telling you to avoid taking the project. Perhaps it's not the right time or maybe it's demand more than what you can handle.

What should I do to be approved and succesful for this project:

It sounds you're wanting to accomplish something great but beyond your ability. The bird can fly, but it's being suggested to remain below, perhaps it's too young and high sky is too danger for it. You still able to perform other tasks but not this one.

I have no comment for the girl. It seems you can't reach what you want because someone is blocking you. It's not your fault so don't blame yourself.

The situation is promising, but it's still not the right time. When the right time is arrive, you will get the project, perhaps not the same one.

I think the project stopped because there are some internal problems. Not letting yourself jump into it is good.
