I find the conversations in this forum fascinating -- helps me develop my ability to interpret the hexagrams much better. Here is one reading I cast.

I am presently very de-motivated and un-interested in my job. I just cannot find the energy to engage with my team. So I asked "what should I do about my job"?

I got 13.1.3 -> 12

So I see this to mean that I must work together with my team, and keep my dissatisfaction to myself for a long time ("three years"). Also seems to indicate that I should not change jobs for now. However, the Yi seems to suggest that this course of action will lead to stagnation, where the great is gone and the little come. So should I follow the course the 13.1.3 seems to recommend, or try something different.

The reading does seem to be about Creating Harmony, not just with those you like, but with the others as well. Save your weapons and put away conflict and take the high ground and get an overview of the situation without taking action. Make as much of the situation as you can by creating harmony with the people around you.

This reading speaks to me about being in a bad place, that is prone to stagnation and frustration.
13 is indeed about seeking harmony and collaboration. 13.3 however speaks about calming the inner anger first, also about being in a place where no communication is possible. 12 is also about untrustworthy and small-minded people that are in charge and where there is very little that you can do. Does this speak to your current situation?

Looks like you should take some time to calm down and rest in order to see the situation clearly, before taking any decision. After that, if that situation at work is indeed one of energy stagnation lead by small people that you cannot change, then I would take action.

I got the same reading with exactly the same question.

How to behave in this place so as to get work? 13.1.3>12

I do feel blocked (12) and I have the feeling that the key lies in bonding more with others (13.1) and not being by myself (13.3).
