Abusive neighbours

Some people are shunning me and are spreading nasty rumours . How do I Real with it ?
15 line 1 and 3 to 24
Is it telling me to ignore ? I tried but it doesn't stop. I also believe it's causing permanent harm to it reputation.
Can I have some help in intrerpreting this answer please ?

Hello Marlely and sorry for the situation;

I think the lines invite you to show the reality and do what feels right. For example dispelling the rumours, or confronting the neighbours. If they have no proof for what they say, let the others know they are lying & abusing you.
Then the things get back to normal.
