Get outside of yourself, find a higher purpose than that, forget about achieving happiness.
Let happiness come along if it wants to, but make it ride in the back seat.

Right now i have but a small set of options other then watch my world (life) from a totally
alien perspective.
By happiness i meant balance, harmony; that would help me felling happy.
The thing that bothers me is, where will this down spiral end, cause that's what it's starting to
look from my perspective.
