Action to be taken or not...? 10.4....

Hello to everyone!
I am having very warm feelings towards a guy I've known for many years and with whom I had a breif passionate relationship 10 years ago. We have not been in contact for some months and following some general questions I've made regarding my love life in general something in the answers made me think that I could ask about this guy so my question was: what can i expect if i go out and get m? (The reason behind this type of "action" question was a previous answer involving line 4 of hex 32.)
Anyway, the answer was: 10.4 > 61. It's a promising answer but it's not telling me to take any action, right? If anyone could help me understand this answer better I would be most grateful.

The changing hex 61 is about knowing yourself and your intentions. As long as you approach with utmost sincerity, and have reconciled past hurts, you are free to approach.
10.4 is about being cautious in your approach, again doing it in a manner that has nothing to do with finding someone because you are bored and/or restless.

I think you can take action, but you really must check yourself and your intentions/expectations as to WHY you are "going out to get m". If not, you could hurt yourself or open a can of worms in regards to a closed past issue.
