Advice on how to go about things with Social Enterprise? and Yi's answer, 48.1.3.4.5 to 54.

Hi all,

While I often contemplate love and life - I've also had this desire to collaborate with locals to help with and/or start up an Eco Friendly Sustainable Enterprise much like Terracycle. The waste and recycling system in New Zealand is not that great - but our Government amidst the global health crisis has committed to looking after the environment better, and it's another of my many passions in life I would like to dedicate more time to, but also have to survive.

With a social enterprise - I'd like to set up non-profit quarters, with environmental caretaker residents ...this would combat another issue: housing , homelessness and unemployment crisis.

I just want to add that the enterprise idea I've mentioned just above - is already more fully developed from the original idea that I had in my head when I cast

48.1.3.4.5 to 54 - Marrying Maiden , Subordinate to the Well?

1 and 3 Speak of a muddy well - no birds not being used or noticed by the King.

However 4 and 5, speak of the well being lined and then having clear water to drink.

Interesting that this cast sounds linked to this environmental cause I am hoping to work towards, seeing as how I didn't specifically mention it in my question but used a phrase in my native language.

A well cannot be moved - it is a resource for all to come and go.

Is this casting saying that I do not have the leadership skills required for this social enterprise to work?

I do in fact wish to seek help from others in the community with more wisdom and experience regarding the environment and council issues etc.

Hello,

As there are many changing lines I look mainly at the two hexagrams:

48 is the well, the source, the environment that we've lost the contact with somehow (the jug leaks). The lines go from 1to 5 (except 2) which shows the process of reaching fresh water from an out-of-use well;
54 says it's not an ideal situation where you can act in your terms. Instead, you've to act within the institution's structure to revive the well.
