Advice with my career

Hi, everybody,
I feel stuck in my current job and I asked the iChing for advice.
The answer is 21.1.4 to 23.
I think is pretty clear that I should work hard at the moment to change my situation, but I have the doubt if the IChing is advising me to make a complete change in my career. Or is it just referring to my attitude towards my job. I think I would like to change my job, to get a better position, but sometimes I wonder if it is not just a problem of my current job, but of the type of career I chose. I feel I have not been very lucky until now, but maybe I just need to be more patient.
Can you help me with this?

What was your specific question, because the answer you receive will reflect what your question was. For instance, did you ask about your current job, or did you ask about getting a new job? I think this may also alter what the reading you received refers to.

my impression is that Yi's answer refers to your general confusion and addressees that. Maybe the advise is to look deeper to what makes you feel stuck. Maybe its the working environment you are in or your expectations or something else. You asked "what to do", maybe you need first to find what you don't like and work on that.

21.1 says that you are being held in your position for your own good. That is at the beginning. Then later, you gain a golden arrow by biting through to what is essential here. Is it true that you are in the wrong field entirely? Or can you hope for improvement by a change of attitude about your job or by getting a new job in the same field? You will be well on your way to understanding what is going on here. This reading does not resolve what is still up in the air. It does say that if you are feeling stuck, that's something that may actually be acting to protect you from unfortunate changes at this time.
