Al Qaeda has incited to attack Canada, Mexico and Venezuela; because those countries provide oil to US

Prospect that Al Qaeda concrete a terrorist attack in Mexico within the next 12 months

INTERPRETATION (thas was a colective question, so this is a colective conclusion):
There is no good prospect for a terrorist attack in Mexico during the time-frame covered by the answer; but there is a Hight Prospect that action would be planified during that time. Al Qaeda would infliltrate Mexico, visit the country in order to plan an action; and mexican inteligence organism wouldn't be capable to stop it.
