I'm so sorry about what happened to London this morning. I'm sorry to the families who have lost loved ones in this tragedy and to the families who wait and wonder about the safety of their loved ones. I'm sorry to those of you in and near London who feel the shockwaves strongest and to those of the world looking on feeling the senselessness of this brutal act.

I send you all my love.

Well as one of those in London - Thanks folks.

(Though I am at least an half hour away from the probs. by tube).

It has been heart warming to see folk standing with London at this time.

My concern at the moment is for our substantial Islamic community. I have many Muslim colleagues and friends - they really suffered abuse after 9/11... Most are good folk like most of the rest of us... They were caught in it too and the perpetrators are as unacceptable to them as they are to most of us.

I'll be damned if they are going to stop me using the tube or take my freedom away.

I love the way Londoners are flipping the virtual bird at the people who did this. Going right back to work... back into their usual lifestyle... refusing to be cowed. It's the best response I've seen to this kind of cowardice. I love it. My hat is off to the people of Great Britain.

Love,

Val

You may have heard the news of 'incidents' in London this afternoon. Small explosions went off in three Underground stations and on one bus, but no-one was hurt, apart from possibly one person with minor injuries. Although the transport system has been disrupted, it is getting back in order.

I work just round the corner from where the bus was blown up on July 7th. I'd walked across the very spot earlier on my way to work. None of us did much work that day - we were glued to the news on our computer screens. One of my colleagues says she was acquainted with one of the people killed on the bus. Getting home that evening was a bit of an exercise.

This afternoon seemed to be an attempt to frighten people, possibly a hoax 'replay' of what happened two weeks ago. I Ching's response to me on the question was 51(1) -> 8.

surving a frighting time and learning to deal with the fear.Thankfully no one was seriously injured or killed.
Changes to 16-the delightfull spirit needed to overcome adversity,or perhaps the people involved happy and thankfull they were lucky not to be killed.

Yes, careless misreading of second hexagram diagram on my part - 51(1) leads to 16, not 8.
