There are a few layers in 26.3,
but one is that the guy who is referred to
is taking daily exercise.
(martial art and chariot training)
Dearest community,
lately, I don't know about you, but the quarantine has made me round up a bit .... I have to lose weight!
For 2 weeks I have started a diet on my own. I help myself with a daily food diary, calculate calories and try not to exceed 1300Kcal. By July I should lose 5 kilos. To do this I use an app that calculates the calories of any food.
I asked I ching if I am on the right track to lose weight. The answer was 26.3> 41
The question may seem stupid because the scales could answer me, I know, but I didn't weigh myself before I started the diet and not even after. I made this decision because the balance is an element of stress for me: if I don't see weight loss every time I weigh myself, I lose motivation and let it go.
I have the metabolism of a sloth.
However, the answer seems to me to refer explicitly to weight loss (41, the decrease) and self-control (26), even with an explicit reference to "not eating at home brings health" which I interpret as "changing eating habits is positive, find new ones "...
But line 3, which perhaps contains some advice, is not very clear to me:
A good horse that follows others.
Auspicious is awareness of danger and perseverance.
Practice driving the carriage every day
protect yourself with weapons.
Propitious is having where to go.
.... Or maybe it's just an encouragement to continue as I started, without giving in to temptations. Or does it contain a warning?
Any new point of view is very welcome!
Thanks!
Fortuny
