Relationship questions are never easy to compose, however you might get a better idea of an answer by trying an open question rather than one that gives a yes/no answer.

59 seems to be saying to look at what is going on around you for the blocks. Something you might want to consider are the attitudes and behaviours you are showing which may be wasting the time here.

59.5 - Give the situation some real deep examination. Let out some of your frustrations and pick a way forward that you think is best and take a few small steps in the direction you have decided to go. Maybe there is something you wanted to say but haven't got around to getting it off your chest yet.
4 - Youthful Folly. Do you already know the answer but are not wanting to take the first step? There is nothing wrong with what is happening to you now. Take your time, there is no need to rush in and things will become clearer for you
