In 45 the sovereign approaches his temple.
In 59 the sovereign founds the ancestral temple.

I think that noticing this distinction can be informative about 45 and 59 as a whole.

In 59 one founds the ancestral temple,
because mom or dad have died and Gone Away, becoming an ancestor.

In 45 one goes to the temple to Gather strength and inspiration from the ancestors.

I think the temples are the same,
one being established and one being utilized.

I just deduced the meanings from the hex's main meanings. Of course a death has to occur before one becomes an ancestor, and the king in need of aid goes to his temple to meet the ancestors.

Okay, and why do you think this?
I think they are the same temple because it looks that way to me. A life is Dispersed, so there is a need to establish a temple/tomb.
A king who is about to face a great challenge needs to Gather all the help and strength he can get, so he goes to meet the ancestors.

about mother and father dying in 59?

You may substitute the 'and' with 'or' and mom & dad with any relative older than you.

With other cultures and religions, often it is hard to guess! The temple. Some ideas:

In the Christian tradition, which is no the Chinese tradition (I know), worhipping ancestors is called "religion", and there is something common, as the word "religion" means to be tied back, or tie back - to the past. At least it means to sing the same song the ancestors used to sing, and to read the same texts. There is a huge difference, of course, a gap - as there seems to be another role for the ancestors in China. They are a spiritual authority.

However, if we go to a temple - and in western civilisation, this can be a church, as well, but also, maybe, a museum or another public place - we can have a different approach. It can be a a social occasion - strengthen the ties and bonds with our society and societie's ancestors, such as "great people", or saints, or famous artists, or composers. It can be a special festive occassion, marriage or a birthday or so. It can be singing, or attending to a public speech. This seems to be more 45 - social bonding.

Dispersing is rather different, and a completely different reason to attend a public event. For me, it's more like music - dispersing sounds. Spreading a voice, an influence. Move, and be moved. Untie. People in a temple in 59 seem to be more like an audience - or participating in a ceremony, such as an offering or a funeral. And 59 builds a a pair with 60, which is all about arts again, especially music - measuring, grammar, articulation.

And this is just a clue.
