And now?: 11.3.4 - 54

Dear All,
here a reading vey important to me on which I would love to hear your feedback.

Background:
I have been struggling with my current professional situation for a while, stuck in a momentary comfort zone that prevented me to find a new place. To make a long story short, last November I start thinking seriously to look for a new professional challenge but beginning of DecemberI had a meeting with my 2 business partner (We lead a small training company) and one of them shared his willingness to retire by beginning of this year (2023) and propose me to buy his shares of the company. As I anticipated even before that my thought was to rethink my position in the company and start looking outside searching for a new business challenge. But, as the decision is important, I asked anyway this question: " Would it be beneficial for me to buy the shares"?
and i got I got 34.6 to 14. Now after one month (the meeting was the 14th of December) the situation is still open, We had a long back and forth discussion about all the potential solutions linked to the sell of the company shares and now I have to give my final decision. I though a lot and my opinion is I would not buy the shares, but being a very important decision and not being 100% sure I asked the YI again "Is it good for me to buy the shares?"
I got 11.3.4 to 54
My reading is the following...
If I buy the shares at the beginning it would be smooth as my (11) two business partner would be very happy and I know that for the first months also the business would be good but my fear is that in long term I would put myself in a situation not favorable ( HEX 54) for me not only for a business perspective but also for the role and kind of job I should held.

Summarizing: A no go.

I also see line 3 as letting go of something that not longer works for you, but line 4 I see as a positive cooperation of some sort.

I was a little fast when I read. 34,6 is not a good line. If you buy you get stuck.

Edit : The second time you asked, it looked more positive but the first answer 34,6 didn't feel good at all.

Edit : The second time you asked, it looked more positive but the first answer 34,6 didn't feel good at all.

Probably now is more positive as the relationship between us, as a business partners, is a bit more relaxed. Yet it is now clear to me that I't better not to buy the shares. Thank you for your feedback. Vin
