Strange lines in a way for a business or finance question however to be honest I am not all together sure of line 2 but I think the yi may be saying to stay loyal even tho you may feel abandoned in a way by something or someone
Then buy waiting till the right time line 4 you will make the right move and 24 says that you will eventually get back on the path you should be

PS i am having issues also so many invoices out there do you think they are paying aarrrgh
