Hi!

The 5 years lease of our shop expires in November. The owner would like to continue our contract providing a 150% reasing in the rental price. Furthermore, the building where the shop is located will be renovated next summer, and it will last minimum 6months or longer. This will obscure the business - we're afraid it will reduce traffic dramatically. We are hesitating about leaving or staying. If so, for how long? Can we negotiate the price? How much? Wich would be the better us leave or staying - if we leave we can find a new place on the same price, but build a new shop is expensive and a lot of work...

Before the first hearing, we asked for general advice: 42.2.5> 41

After the discussion, I thought the increase was a price increase. Line 2 indicates outside help, line 5 is encouraging. According to them, the decrease is probably a price drop.

I continued to seek advice after the trial. What should we do now? 19.2.6> 27 the answer

Again, these are encouraging lines. I just don't know which direction :) Do you want to continue or stay? Or wait and find out? Waiting (19) and renting at a reasonable price (nurturing)? (27). In the lines of variable 19 we find again outside help.

Maybe we need to look elsewhere and find helpers?

Another meeting is expected Tuesday with the renovation contractor, maybe something will be revealed there.

How do you see it?

general advice: 42.2.5 > 41
If you don't look after your profit and only that, you will make a loss.

This sounds like a very complicated situation. I would suggest you ask the following:
1. result if we aim to negotiate and stay
2. result if we aim to leave

Thanks for your reply! I'v just did these two:

To stay: 21.1.2.3 > 50

To leave: 61.1. > 59

I haven't interpreted them yet but second one seems better at first... the moving lines in 21 are not very friendly (3rd...)
61: Harvest in crossing the great river. But the first moving is not that clear...

Yes I agree, the second one sounds way better than the first one.

To stay 21.1.2.3 > 50
Initially a small restriction, then a much stronger 'bite', then a bite of something rotten and poisonous, and all that continuing to brew.

To leave 61.1 > 59

There's danger, you're not imagining it. Best to leave, scatter, so as to escape danger.

It all sounds tough, wishing you all the best whatever you decide.

You mean that the current poisonous situation will brew in the vessel (50)? That was a big question for me, because the sign has a positive meaning (creating success from the source) but you are right, you cannot cook a tasty soup from rotten ingredients - did you mean in this way?

To leave 61.1 > 59

To leave 61.1 > 59
Is it possible to interpret, that the danger exists now and better to leave, or danger will come if we leave? I red this sing as the danger has come already (the renovation of the building), so better to leave the current place and the danger will disappear. The scatter can be interpreted as unlocking the current situation, a dessolving from the landlord?

Thank you!
