Buy our own house 48.1.5 - 11 and 45.1.5 - 51

Hi! We want to move out from our current rented apartment for a year now because we have several problems with it (conditions, owner’s unpredictability - he wants to sell it soon). We are currently renting it but we would like to buy our own home. Basically, we wanted to build a house, but since we didn't find the right brigade, furthermore delay is expected too in construction and costs, we are now in the process of buying and renovate an existing house.
We found a house where we could imagine our life but we have a dilemma about it - that's why we asked YI for help.

After that, as an alternative idea, I asked “What if we continued and looking for another house?” and 62.3 - 16 came in, which means an unexpected attack - the 16 I am not sure about. Also, I asked for “What if we buy a yard and bild a new house?” to which I received the 36th, the answer was clearly a negative.

So, my final question was "What to do with this house?" (the first one we found) came with a mark of 12.5-35, it means to me an engadement to the process and good realization.

Complex situation with so many questions, but do you think it's a good idea to start buying and renovating this home right now?

So you have bought the house ? You must have done or you couldn't renovate it. Or are you just thinking of buying and renovating ? What does 'in the first round' mean ? You haven't said what your question is. I presume it's a general question about this house you want to renovate ?

To me it looks like a project calling out for renovation (48.1), no need to hold back, you can eventually utilise the potential of the house (48.5). The 11 makes me think once this is underway it takes on it's own momentum, a very busy times with ups and downs.

No idea what the question is ? What does 'for my partner' mean ? For one thing 45.1 doesn't change to 51 it changes to 17 so you can forget the shock bit. If I knew what the question was I could say more about the cast. You've asked about a shock that isn't in the cast but also you are taking answers fearfully, looking for shock.

Well I cannot be certain but it seems to me there is no need to look for another house and if you do you may lose the one you could renovate. Perhaps the 16 here is you always thinking the grass is greener when infact you need to focus on the detail of the here and now (62) and if you don't focus on what you have, the renovation house, you might lose it. I think 36uc for building a new house shows it's a project that could harm you. You got 35 (as relating for what to do with the house) and you got 36 for building new so I think that's pretty clear. The house is 'all systems go' the new build is 'all systems hide'.

Now is the time to be making an offer on the house and to get going (35) . End the indecision and make firm commitments (12.5) to the process of renovation the house you initially chose is my view.

I may be wrong but that's how it strikes me.

I am very grateful for the answers!! Diamanda, I agree with you, thank you for the confirmation. I'm just thinking about who is cheating? Is it really about people, or could it be about circumstances? The seller bought the apartment at a bank auction - the price may be excessive, maybe this is the cheat.
