Career paths and hexagram 35

Hi friends,

I am at the beginning of a new chapter in my career and at the moment, different directions come to my mind. I asked the iching about one of them, let's say option B (which as for B is the second path at least by the order it showed up). I asked what I should know about it and got hexagram 35, unchanging.

It's easy to interpret it as a good omen. But what is more to that? Please drop your 2cents

This seems really interesting for me. Have you been called to more interviews the same day? Do you maybe have 3 options you should choose between?

Anyway, the Image says There is Sun(Li/Fire) over Earth. Let’s say that the Sun will shine on your street (this is an expression we are usually using in my country, haha), if you will choose option B. At the same time it may also mean that everything will be clear and bright, or that it already is: you know exactly what it should be done in order to Serge your highest puropse (Advance of Conciousness). The fact that the hexagram is unchanging may mean that there will be no sudden change right now. This is not the appropiate time to make any Changes. So, that’s Why i tend to believe that your time of Advance in Consciousness is happening right now! Trust your intuiton (fire) and you will attract the best in your life

Receiving 35 certainly seems to suggest positive potential. However the fact that it was unchanging makes me wonder if anything will come of this - like maybe you decide not to apply. I hope you'll let us know just for the sake of our understanding the I Ching!

Essentially, from experience hexagram 35 is highly positive. Progress when it comes to money or business, jobs and things of that nature has to be good. However, if you were to ask will I be divorced and received it the answer would be clear. Hence, not such a good thing.

My observation is whatever path you are on stick with it. For a question like that you may have well received Hexagram 19. The hexagram is highly auspicious for a question like that in my opinion.

There is going to be progress, so make the most of it

Well I applied for such a position in February, no negative or positive reply yet. I asked about my chances to get it in this specific group. Hexagram 22.1.3.4 -> 35. Somehow I get it as a beautiful fantasy, that might come true (hexagram 35). So I asked what I should do now in regards with this application and got hexagram 53 unchanging. Again a standstill situation. What do you get from all these? Many thanks.

What should I know about option B ? Response - Hex 35

Hex 35 is meaning daylight. It sounds like this is representative of your " beginning of a new chapter in my career ".

Unchanging hexagrams tend to give an air of nothing happening quickly. So what you should know is that
Proceeding Forward with this option is going to be a slow job, particularly when you bring into consideration the nuclear hex for 35 which is 39 Limping.

Difficulties and slow progress are order of the day at the moment and you are encouraged to engage with this by keeping a bright positive demeanour about yourself and working on your character and personal skills in readiness for the time things become more bountiful. When things do change it's going to come at you in a rush. Can you cope with 3 interviews in one day?

I asked about my chances to get it in this specific group. Hexagram 22.1.3.4 -> 35.

'Adorning' through 'Proceeding Forward'. So you are continuing in the context of your first reading - things haven't changed much yet!

In this time you are having to make things clear and explicit to yourself and to others about this situation. There is an element of having had to buckle down and now you are urged to be realistic and truthful. Adorning means 'you begin without a face'.

22.1 - You can no longer take the easy option or rest on your laurels. Now it's time to do the hard yards.
22.3 - The 'new' pared back you has to be prepared to commit fully for things to go well. Be yourself and not who you think they want you to be.
22.4 - Take note of your doubts, they will be useful allies for you however don't let them rule the roost, or perhaps more importantly do not push them away. Overconfidence and bravado will not enhance your chances.

Sorry, no. Well, maybe just that whether they get back to you or not 35 uc means it was a good thing you applied, good for gaining experience. Like, "Before you meet the handsome prince you have to kiss a lot of toads."
