Good day Clarity seekers!

I started a few threads in the recent past about work. Lots of difficulties, hidden and open conflicts within and without the team, an ever lengthening list of priorities etc. Sometimes I get the feeling all the effort I put into it gets vanished, regardless of the results, by the limited / distorted perception of management.

I asked:
What are my career prospects?
21.1,2,4,6 > 7

Well, unsurprisingly a "martial" reading: law enforcement, punishment, power... No wonder hex 21 is there - plenty of obstacles of different nature to overcome with determination. What I find it harder to put into perspective is hex 7, the Army. The image mentions increasing masses. Can this refer to an enlarged team / increased responsibility?

Any input would be helpful :bows:

Looking at the hexagrams, organization (7) depends on discipline (21). 'Hidden and open conflicts within and without the team' are draining your energies and blocking you from the creative work that would aid promotion. The remedy at Clarity was to appoint moderators :) Perhaps you need a more formal system to prevent clashes of personality.

Hi Cris, I am thinking that things will start to become more organized. Changes will happen more of a uniformed policy on agreement that helps make everybody function properly.Trying to keep the peace more (being careful of not stepping on anybodys toes) Everybody doing thier own job, more trust. Of course cutting or ironing it all out is all the lighted lines that u may want to check out w/ it too like, 35, 38, 27, 51 (try not to make the iron too hot in 51 or it will create shock ;)
