Caretaker opportunity

About a month ago I left a place I wanted to stay because there were no opportunities for me and I was very sad to leave.
Since then it's been very challenging times but this morning I made up my mind what to do to make it easier on myself.
Then I received an offer to caretake a home for a year in the exact town I was sad to leave but my new plan has made me in unsure whether to accept it or not.

What if I take up this caretaking opportunity

I'd say that even without the reading. You got 2.1 previously about staying in that town didn't you which I always thought meant you'd stay in that town.

I knew I had to leave there at that time, there's been a few things that have happened in the past month to show me that.
I've returned to towns I wanted to see again - 3 to be exact - although it was unintentional to do that it's just what's happened. By the 3rd town I finally realised hahaha

Although it's only lasted just on 2 months and I need to leave.
