Conflict at work 6.1.4 - 61

Hello to all of you!

I am sharing my question and answer to the oracle because I would like to know some interpretations or perspectives that I am missing.

I asked Yi the following question:
What stance to take at work?

And the answer is:
6.1.4- 61

The context is that I have been absent from work for a few days for personal reasons and a colleague has told me that other colleagues have been doing my tasks but in such a way that it seems that I could do much more, implying that I could do much more, redundantly.
I should also add that my dealings with these people are as cordial as I try to be, for purely professional reasons. I try to get along normally because I have to go to work every day and I prefer to have as normal a working environment as possible.

Having said that, my interpretation of the result is that in the face of this conflict, I don't give it much thought, maybe it's not worth saying anything to them (6.1) and that I continue doing my job as usual (6.4) and they will realise the truth (61).

If anyone can offer me any additional or different thoughts, that would be great.

6.1 Certainly not worth getting into an argument.
6.4 Maybe seeing things from the other side’s point of view. Maybe even making a point of expressing some appreciation for the co-workers picking up the slack.
61. I don’t know if the others come to realize the truth but certainly you know your work is good and that seems to be sufficient.

I agree with your interpretation, not worth the fight. Best to shake it off and focus on your understanding of the truth in the situation.

Thanks for both answers, I've been reflecting this weekend about this situation and I think it's just that, let it "evaporate".... What would hexagram 59 say
Anyway during this week I will keep an eye on the situation and provide an update.

I bring an update to the result I had last Saturday... 6.1.4-61

During the whole week I have gone back to doing my usual work, I didn't make any comments and I haven't received any from my colleagues, moreover, and here comes the irony, let me explain myself:
My work is divided into two blocks of activity, morning and afternoon.
The incisive comments were about the afternoon work.
Well, this week, in addition to the work I do in the morning, I have had to do some of the morning work of one of the people who made the comments.

Funny, isn't it?
