Confused about interpretation...

Hello;

I am new to the I Ching. Actually I found out about it by joining a tae kwon do class. All the forms we do in there are represented by the 8 trigrams.

Anyways, I am taking the correspondence course and I am about half way done.

I asked a question today as follows "What can I do to gain more energy to do my daily activities?"

My Primary Hexagram came out to be 56, the Wanderer.
3 changing lines, 2, 5 and 6, which makes the relating hexagram, 28 Preponderance of Greatness.

I have no idea how this relates to my question. One of the line changes says,,,

"The wanderer goes to an inn
He has all his property with him.
He wins the steadfastness of a young servant"

How does this relate to the answer of my question?

I would appreciate any ideas from anyone.

Hex 56.2,5,6 > 28

You need to find some peace and quiet, you need some supportive friends and you need to slow down. You are over doing things, so you need to see where you are overdoing things and why, if you keep forcing your body to over work then of course you are going to feel exhausted, so see what is the problem and put a halt to it, slow down and take some time out.

I think I see it now. The wanderer, moving all around, takes all his property, and goes to an inn. He needs rest, from all the moving around he has done, which represents me scatterting my energy around. The wanderer needs rest, (goes to an inn). He needs help and support, (as represented by the young servant.)

Yes, I understand it, now that I read your interpreatation. It is amazing how it does relate to me and how it answers my question.
