Good morning,

I am in the process of registering my car in a new state so it has been gone over at the mechanics for a certificate for this particular state.
I've had most work done that is required by the mechanic except for a part that needs replacing on the body. I have almost a week to get that done but I'm still worried everything is not going to work out for this registration.

Please show me any delays associated with getting my car registered on time

Hex 54 - going through a transformation that is beyond my control. That is right I have to get the work (transformation) done on my care to pass and Line 1 suggests being in a secondary position but be able to take effective action. So I guess that is getting the work done.
Line 4 - The date for the registration goes by but this is a good thing. Not sure about that because it will mean I have no means of transport and I live a long way from public transport.

What will cause the delay Hex 59.5>4
Hex 59 - dissolving misunderstandings
Line 5 - An order from authorities relative to a change of residence.

So it's to do with a change of residence it seems, but I will have all the necessary evidence to prove that I have moved to this state.

There is a bit of an issue in terms of being able to get my drivers license changed though.

But can't really understand the meaning here.

Only other thing it could possibly be is an engineers certificate for this state which is really only a revenue based thing as it's not gonna be any different to what it says on the one I've got.

Please show me the need for me to get an engineers certifcate for this state

thanks, any help would be great so I can understand why and what needs to be done so I don't stress about it. I'm already in a pretty bad emotional and mental state about other things in my life and I don't need to be pushed over the edge.

well you posted this on the last dau of mercury retrograde, things should be moving ahead for you now. But mercury is still travelling back through its shadow zone so patience is still being asked for.

54 > 7 , seems like there are a few componants you have to have woprking together to get this rego through, so you have to organize more than one element, which sounds 7'ish to me, but 54 shows you are not in the best position to do it, or rather you have to accept a subordinate position and stioll get it done.

You catch more flies with honey, especially with government workers, getting them to be of service to you by enlisting their expertise through a 'i know less than you' approach often works, and remember to always smile. Lead by coaxing out the leader in others. I dunno I'm short and blonde with big blue eyes, this kind of approach has worked for me time and time again. At the end of the day we all have a part of ourselves that wants to be a knight in shining armor for others, even those of us that work in the transport department.

Thanks for your response it has helped me settle a bit although my biggest stress is the cost and not having people rip me off because I'm a chick just to get the work done. Amazing what a difference it makes when you take a male with you. Yes the subordinate position is having to the get the work done I guess despite the fact that I think some of it's not necessary.

Well there is a delay as I can't get the rust repair done in time but it will be worth the wait as he has quoted a good price and seems to be very professional. - Liss

Well today there were a lot of shocks and a few shake ups but the biggest shock was that they allowed me to get my paperwork sorted without one of the 'official' documents so now all is well so just need to get the rego sorted.

I got all the work done costing me over AU$700 and when I took it back for what was supposed to be the final inspection he decided that what got fixed wasn't good enough and added a couple of other small things like window wipers. He could do this because he hadn't written up an official document.
I was extremely upset and got him to write up the officical document (what they call a reject slip) just so as he cannot change it again but all in all he won't pass it due to a minor oil leak.
So this has been a catalyst to sell my much loved kombi. - LIss
