Asked the IC today what is my purpose in this life. And received a seemingly crappy answer...but also somewhat fitting unfortunately..lol..hoping for more insight and perspective from those more wise and perhaps less beat down than I am at the moment

This sounds like a life of submission and servitude is what I'm here for... Seems almost as though I'm out of line for hoping for something more...that actually makes sense in my pessimistic state of mind..but geesh...ughhhh

Seriously though, isn't that rather a broad question (and isn't that the understatement of the year)? It's just relfecting back at you how you feel -

11.3 the ups and downs of life in general

11.4 and you are teetering on the edge of something new and wondering if you can hack it no?

All swimming in the sea of feeling secondary to all the demands on you....

The truth is I don't think that BIG Q's like this are very useful how can you fit life and the universe into 2 hexes? Never mind that your Q implies you have one purpose and it is fixed for ever............

It's a blue day I suspect. Green ones and pink ones will come soon! How about waiting til you feel a little better and then asking more focussed Qs. Aren't you moving soon? That's always scary and stressful.

Thanks..you're right.. guess it's not good to look for uplifting answers or positive thoughts elsewhere when in a negative state of life...mostly just reinforce the negative, I supposer!
Thanks for the laugh..yup..moving soon....praying for a positive change, some life direction, and just to maybe even remember what feeling good and hopeful once felt like...
Asking IC for a bit of a hopeful answer while in desperately sad moments..not a good idea...
