Do I get to this goal? 14 --> 53

I asked the Iching: if I would reach a certain goal I have defined in my mind, and the answer was:
14 -->53

Is it a Yes or No or what?

Hexagram 14.1.2.4.5 changing to Hexagram 53 (I think those are the changing lines?)

Hexagram 14 is Wealth or Great Assets, Hexagram 53 is Gradual Progress. Leaving aside the changing lines, this seems to me like Yi's answer to your question- maybe you'll reach it, maybe you won't, but you have the great wealth or assets (spiritual, mental, physical) needed to do so, and if you apply them wisely you will experience gradual progress towards your goal. In order to make this progress the noble one should "terminate evil" and follow with the directions of Heaven.
The lines suggest a more complicated situation than just that- first of all, Line 1 suggests avoiding things that you know will hurt you or waylay you from your goal, simple as that; line 2 seems to say that you have the strength and talents to carry on the progress, so you need to "proceed probing"- keep moving forward through progress. Line 4 suggests you should show humility and care in how you go about this- don't bang your drum too much about it, and you will experience no blame. Line 5 is a good sign- your "truth" will interact with others and show your success.
That's what I see here. Overall, I would say that this is a favorable sign to achieving your goal, if you show care and wisdom.
