Want to invite a friend to a concert...

Asked what would be the outcome of the invitation and outcome and received Yi's answer, 49.1.3 to 45.

Do I make the invitation?

As I interpret it, Yi is saying to hold back, that it would be inappropriate for you to invite your friend.
