Do you advise I should change? 37.1-53

I asked about my job.
It has been sometimes that I don’t find satisfaction in my current job. And many time I took initiative of leaving but then I dropped it.
I like this company but I am bored of this job.
So I asked advice “should I move into finance sector?” (new and different challenges). I received 37.1-53.

I understood 37 household provides support, a family home, a harmonious place.
37.1- barriers create the home and the harmonious place. Regret vanishes.
53- developing relationships gradually

My understanding is that the oracle is telling me that moving into finance I find an harmonious place where relationships will develop gradually.

What do you think? How do you see this answer?

I do really like this company, the culture and the way we all work. But as I said my job become boring.
