Doubts and 2.2.5 to 29

I am about to move to another level in the organization I am in, but I have had many doubts about this step. To the question of whether it will be a good path for me, Yi's answer was 2.2.5 to 29. The answer was not clear to me so I went back to consult with the question What is the outlook for my development if I continue in this organization . The answer was 62.3.4.6 to 23

Before reaching this point, I was almost certain to withdraw, but what emerged at the time of making the decision was a strong doubt.

Your question is about development, so perhaps things will go wrong and then they'll continue to sabotage you even after you leave, perhaps via giving you bad references.
