hi gang,

i'm sorry but i can't use capitals because i can only use one hand. the other one is in a cast, it is dislocated. the landlord remember the water leak damage, which he said we caused and we didn't) well, the maintenace man used 1 can of paint to coat it. that was all he had to do with the ceiling; and consequently he quit because he knew we were being railroaded. a few days ago, we got a notice that we have to pay $50 extra monthly for maid service or we have to vacate july 1st. people in next apartment got the notice too. notice said both families were roach potential, not that they found any though. we are boiling mad cause we know we don't have roaches. so i wanted to toss ching but can't emotionally concentrate with all happening. would someone please throw as to outcome between landlord and us/. it is spring rental season and we think landlord wants more money for peak season. we are paying 640.00 now and can't afford one more cent. only receive 900 monthly. many thanks

Make sure you understand the terms of your agreement.lines three and four speak of this.Three says you may advance or retreat, four means becomming a guest(tennant).Because you already are living at the property,and have been treated unfairly then its time to move on.I think the reading suggests that you will leave this place in the near future.

this just re-enforces what our family has been doing--looking for a new apartment and yesterday we found one at an unbelievable price. now i feel really encouraged. its' great to have friends like you and others on here.
