Exam on sunday

Hello, I asked "How will I do the exam on sunday?" (I have a really important exam on sunday, it is just the beginning of a long process in order to get a teaching position in a state school in my country), and I got hexagram 31 (3, 4) and the resulting hexagram is 8. I think that the answer is quite positive (correct me if I am wrong, please) but I do not understand hexagram 8. I have read some articles where it says that there is no need in reading the second hexagram unless you have three moving lines, which is not the case, so I wonder if i have to stick to the first hexagram with the moving lines or if i have to interpret hexagram 8 as the final answer. Could anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

It seems to be suggesting that you be very calm and cool on Sunday, carry on quietly and don't worry.

Hex 8 is about joining a group of people of like mind that will be doing the same things together, in this case teaching, so if you can just do the exam calmly, and be confident then everything looks fine.

Thank you Willowfox. I really hope everything is alright. Right now I think I am calm, I have done everything I could, it has been a long year studying... Let's see what happens, it is time for a change.
