Fascinating series of money readings

So I've got some money issues, and asked Yi about it, as I have many times in the past.

Today I asked: what ought I to do about money?
64 Before Completion, unchanging.
"“Unfinished Business suggests successful progress, but if the young fox that has nearly crossed the stream gets his tail wet, there will be no advantage.

This suggested to me that things are in a state of almost-completion... they are going, and it's more important for me to look at the bigger picture and not take stupid steps than to do anything in particular.

But of course I wanted more information.

But what would you have me do about it?
23 Stripping Away, unchanging.
So do nothing.

Argh! Haha. This is the way the Oracle has responded on this issues before, but even more so now than ever -- totally opaque!

Can you please explain why that’s the best course of action in terms of what is actually going to happen with money in the short-term?
20 Contemplation, unchanging.

Argh! I feel like it's saying "think about it." Or perhaps -- look to the spiritual.
Yet another coy non-answer...

And why are you giving me such inconclusive answers?

Ha again. There is something about the situation itself that can't be known, I feel. Or that I'm better off not knowing. That and/or I've asked too many times and the Oracle is impatient with me!

If anyone has other reads on this series, I'd be intrigued to hear your takes.

It sounds like this money situation has played for a long time in your life. When I get unchanging hexagrams I tend to look at what the Ideal Realising Person would do in this situation i.e in an ideal world what are the best behaviours, thoughts, actions to adopt;

The Ideal Realising Person would (something along the lines of)
64: Reflect on your inner world rather than being drawn into the chaos of the outer world
23: Dissolve gently the out-moded thoughts, behaviours that are contributing to the situation
20: Reflect on what is hidden in the situation and allow things to come into view
4: Allow the hidden fruit you discover to ripen and mature.

Wow that's very synchronistic because i also did a reading recently about money, i asked "What do i need to do to manifest more money?"

and I also got 64 unchanging!

I knew this was because i'm in a state of flux and chaos, gathering greater understanding and not entirely being in a position to do too much anyway

Then i asked what's the biggest factor/limiting belief to receiving money?

Basically the hexagram that comes straight after 64, I got 1.1.2.3.6 > 45

There's certain lines like the first one in there that once again indicate to me of not entirely being ready to take action per se "Dragon underwater, don't act"

And some others that are saying not to over-do things, line 6 "Over-weening dragon has regrets"

Then 45 relating is called Gathering which reminded me also of the idea of waiting for momentum like a snowball rolling consistently down a snowy hill. Having scattered energy and no sense of clear direction can have us wanting to act haphazardly, but this needs time for the necessary energy and clarity to build in the proper direction.
