Hello everyone, I asked Iching for an advice on how to find a suitable partner. The problem is choosing a good match and not getting into idealized fantasies about love.

What the lines are saying here is to curb the desires, make my character strong. To not get carried away with fantasies.


18.3 He attends to the affairs of his father. There will be small regrets, but no big error.

4.3 Marry the woman not. When she sees a
wealthy man, she cannot keep her composure. Nothing good will come out of the marriage.

1'm seeing 18.3 - 4 as saying it's good to have some very sensible guidelines clearly in mind - the sort of strict rules your father might have insisted upon - like he must be single and straight and then there's race? religion? education? political affiliation, career? health? So make up your list and then..
4. Get out in the world - experiment and explore!
