Hi inner truth, I am still new to the iching so feel free to take what I say with a grain of salt. You indicated that perhaps you shouldn't have asked this question, & I think it's highly likely Yi will only answer to you, & not about another's feelings. First off, do you think X is still in love with his former partner? I think the iching is speaking to you. Line 2 indicates good fortune, if you are in good company & make a resolute decision. Perhaps to stay true to yourself no matter how X feels? It will not be an easy task but I can't see how that isn't worthwhile. I think line 3 is urging you against inconstancy. I have little background on this, but I saw you have several other posts about X. Maybe X is being inconsistent, but it is affecting your feelings & I believe it is best to be resolute & not continue down this path..of wondering about X or whatever it is about the situation you are struggling within yourself over. Finally, line 4 says one returns alone. If it pertains to you, it seems possible X does have those feelings, or it refers to X, maybe he does but the feelings will not result in Union. I'm betting it is still referring to you. Hex 34: develop inner strength. Respect limitations, do not be aggressive. I'm being very general here but I hope this helps.

Even if he does will me worrying about it change things or affect the situation? NO..
So...it's all about being strong within...

gave up caring myself...like what you said...
yes...whole 24 seems to be saying Dont go there...or face truth..or just stay within your own
door..courtyard...24 is about limiting outer expansion so feels like it.
