I get migraines have had them all my life BUT I’ve finally learnt as soon as I get even the tiniest hint one is coming to take action to prevent it.Thank you very much diamanda. That really makes sense. "taking an early return" as 24 suggest (getting meds when u feel the first signs) is actually the only known way to stop migraines. and if you let a migraine be, it just takes over your life! (the ice gets stronger).
I'd get Bowen Therapy or Acupuncture if you can. They help eliminate mine for long periods because sometimes to it's to do with an emotion related to an organ in the body.I completely agree becalm, and it looks like I Ching agress with that too. I was really hoping for a more permanent solution though, living with constant fear of migraine is exhausting.

In that case, I'd suggest asking the question "what can be done to completely eliminate migraines from my life?".
I discovered it because I was in the Australian outback, hurt my back and there was no other therapy available. So glad that happened because it really does help.Acupuncture has given me long periods of relief as well. I have never heard of Bowen theraphy and I will immediately look into it. thank you!
what can be done to completely eliminate migraines from my life? 9.3.5 > 41
I don't think this refers to a team of doctors (that might be 7, but you didn't get 7). Line 9.3 speaks of a primary very close relationship in your life. The line says husband and wife - but, if you don't have a major problem with your husband, then another very close relationship. This seems to be the cause of your problem and you need to divorce, or in any case get rid of this relationship. Line 9.5 says that you can truly rely on your rich neighbours, they'll really help you out. This is a strange answer. I got this exact combination once, when I had just separated from a long-term partner, and I had asked if I should ask my landlord to change my locks. The answer meant, "you've done the best to split, no need for further action". I didn't discuss anything with my landlord and it proved out that there was no need - splitting was the best decision and I had no further trouble (and yes I am blessed with amazing neighbours). I have no idea how this could apply to your situation, maybe a bad relationship in your life is triggering an auto-immune response?
