The Heart of the I Ching class studies the Eight Trigrams and their related Eight Pure Hexagrams. We'll cover the symbolism and significance of the trigrams, how they've influenced philosophy, science and art, and how they are used in interpreting I Ching readings. Students will gain familiarity with the book and skills for study and interpretation. Each week includes hexagram analysis of a question. Wilhelm/Baynes I Ching is our preferred text.
