Help interpreting hex. 8 changing to hex 63

Could someone help me interpret this. I am very new to using the i ching and got

hexagram 8, with lines1 and 3 changing resulting in hexagram 63.

The question I asked was regarding a relationship which ended recently, i ended it as i was getting mucked about constantly. This guy would not ommit and did not want a relationship but always wanted to spend time with me. I told him i wanted to stop seeing him entirely as it was unfair.

I asked the question if i wait and do nothing will he want me as his girlfriend.

Hexagram 8 is about union or holding together

8.1 to me says that there is a lack of sincerity in the relationship, words are not enough

8.3 to me says that he may not be the right guy for you even though there is an attaraction there

63 says that you will prob get together again but you may be going around in circles

so the answer is yes he will prob want you back but do you really want him
