From looking at your question and hexagram, I think yi ching has thrown the question back to you. You have asked a closed question and answers of yes and no are difficult to translate.

Yi is describing your situation and describing how you are going about the decision process. Read each line and you will find that it does reflect your situation but yi is not giving you an answer on a plate here, It is helping you to examine all possibilities and trying to discuss your issues with you.

A quote which popped up and describes hexagram 43 ... "When you come to a fork in the road, take it"

Maybe you could ask a more open ended question of the yi. (What do I need to know about... What is the best way forward to achieve... etc)
