help with T'ai please?

I am confused because this seems like a very positive hexagram (peace/success) but I received the six line of change at the top and that sounds very negative saying "the hour of doom is at hand etc..." could someone explain this paradox to me? I've been feeling kinda depressed and just asked how I could get myself out of it as my question. I also received six in the fifth place as well, only other line of change.

You probably just need to cheer yourself up, perhaps by going to see your friends, so just roll with the bad days with all have them but after a while our mood lightens up. Just be patient and accept the situation as it is for the moment as trying to fight it off will prove a waste of time.
