However at yoga today I felt zizzy like I have an electric circuit that is wrongly wired.
.It feels more like a prod or a nudge not particularly malevolent but powerful nonetheless. It has come from no where and sitting in my garden in the sun I still feel zizzy
It is not physical - more in my head. ..
I have an electric circuit that is wrongly wired. Like the feeling you get when you bite on Ice on your teeth. I don't know why. Got back from swimming in a lake ...it usually helps but it made me feel worse.I feel like my hair is standing on end ..
Rushing about - bumping into things. Getting people's names wrong. Calling my son by my daughters name.
I cast to ask why I feel so zizzy
I got hex 1.235 to 21
It feels as if I really need to get to the nitty gritty here. Use all my creative powers to cut through the crap and sort things out...
. Calling our dog by a dogs name that died 5

Why do I feel so zizzy?
1.235 to 21
zizzy
zizz
noun: She stretched out for a short zizz
verb:To sleep;snooze; nap; cop zs (1920s+ British armed forces)

I suppose it means groggy, unable to concentrate. Do you have water in an ear? High blood pressure? Considering the cangue, did you stress your neck while doing yoga? Has the heatwave dehydrated you? Or have the storms that interrupted the heatwave addled you?
