Good Evening All,

I'd highly appreciate any help regarding the interpretations of the followings:

1. I asked Yi, How is to apply for this job? I got Hex 11 (CL 1 and 2) Changed to Hex 15.

I took it as a very positive guidance, and hence I applied immediately.

Just a few minutes ago I asked Yi, What should I do to secure this job? I got 41 (6) 19.

I gathered from a few threads on 41 to 19 that it's better to wait for the result, as eventually it will fall in your lap, by time.

Though this is my second post, but unfortunately I didn't get any reply to my first post, may be because I couldn't post it properly.

Thanks very much in advance for any help in this regard. :)

Everything is proper. It's a matter of chance whether anyone replies or not, and sometimes interesting questions and castings get no reply.

How to apply for this job?
11.1.2 > 15

Line 1: There is more to this job than is apparent.
Line 2: Make direct application without excessive preparation and without looking for help from friends.
Hexagram 15 suggests that you take the initiative and show leadership.

Thank you Pocossin!

Can you please let me know the second answer as well.

Also, is there any indications, that I will secure the job eventually?

Sincerely
IHR

"What should I do to secure this job?" is about the same as "How to apply for this job?"

Also, is there any indications, that I will secure the job eventually?

11.1.2 > 15 is especially auspicious. My understanding of hexagram 15 is that it describes a leadership that advances the welfare of the group -- 'support of the many' if the trigrams are read from bottom up. Whether or not you secure the job depends on how you present yourself. Apply now, and don't be shy in stating what you can do for the organization.

Oops! I am naive to this Oracle. My exact question was "How is to apply for this job?" does that mean the same. I had applied for it. They backed to me saying something which I felt they have misunderstood something. Then I replied them back explaining the situation.

I am sorry to bother you again, but could you please let me know if still I can have hope and high aim, because now the ball is entirely in their court, and there's nothing I can do but to wait for the results or their e-mail.

41 is a good hexagram to get if you are seeking to be an employee, and top line moving signifies "full attainment of your aim" according to the Cleary translation I am looking at. So, it is looking very good that they will hire you. Please come back to this thread and let us know what happens!

Thanks a lot, Ginnie!
I will definitely keep all of you posted on the final result.
and A VERY BIG THANKS for such a wonderful interpretation as this job is most important to me these days, not only for the huge increment and difference of income by this job, but for many other reasons.... which I might be able to post here once I am recruited.
Have a great day, as you made my day :)

One more thing, I would much appreciate others' view-point(s) as well, whether endorsing the same as of Pocossin's and Ginnie's or else.

I think by "How is to apply for this job?" you meant "What is the status of my job application?" Did they misunderstand or were they giving you a polite dismissal? The casting is favorable but conditional, so what happens depends on the presentation you have already made and the steps you take in the future. In describing your suitability for the job, did you overlook any achievements? For example, have you done volunteer work that demonstrates your ability to work well with others? Even at this late date, I think you could still add to your résumé, and maybe they would reconsider you.

You are absolutely right Pocossin! I will consider that a polite dismissal. But, I thought I should explain them about my Volunteer work (how could you guess about this work? :) ) I did volunteer work for about one decade and I explained them briefly in reply to their polite dismissal. Do you still think they will hire me? Please do let me know. The deadline for applying is 9th September 2013.
Thanks very much!

Just now I did cast again the followings:
1. What should I do now to secure the job? got 50 UC
2. What if I do nothing more unless I hear from them anything? 29.
Can you please let me know what should I do now, because I am unable to get the idea.

Sorry, I might be lost at this time, but finally I thought I should get an idea from Yi.
I asked: Show me the exact image of the next reply I will get from the organization X regarding this particular job, and I got 42 (1,5) to 23.
Please reply taking all on account.
Thanks a lot for your precious time!
