Hex 17.2.4 to 60

I got this reading when I asked about meeting someone new at a wedding I will be going to.

I have got hex 17 before but never those lines. Can anyone help with this interpretation

If you do meet someone there, it would be a limited (60) following (17).
and line 2 says the person would be immature.
