hello. i am still looking for my ownmolace to live - selling my fanilys old apt takes longer than exoected soni have a lot of time to search and think
yesterday i went to see a project to build two flats at the top of a house in the center of the city

i am a city oerosn so i like it for being easy to reach and close to everything and since it is still in the process of building i can influence tne look. however it is expensive.
i asked sbout this (is this a plaxe that could be good to live?) amd got 24 unchanging. i see little mentuons of things like coming in and out whoxh would make it a yes but am not sure about the whole-can yoj help please?

This doesn't make sense. I can see 'oerosn' must be 'person' but the last bit '...i can influence tne look' I have no idea what that might be?

H24 is the hexagram of renewal and the return of life force. After a period of stagnation or decline, things are moving in the right direction again. A yang line enters the hexagram at the 1st position.

H24 is Thunder under Earth. It is the life force (Thunder) that makes the seed germinate in the Earth. So this also shows that everything is still in a beginning phase. The phase of thinking about, making ideas , etc.
H23 and H24 form a pair together. In H23 everything collapses and in H24 it starts again. So if the question is:

is this a place that could be good to live?

then I would interpret H24 uc as a yes.
