Hex 40 Unchanging - improvements on Business

Hey all

Just doing my Sunday night reading for the week,

I asked how should i make improvements to my business this week, have been working pretty hard the last month trying to set things right,

Slightly confused on what I should actually do however, is this meaning that better days are coming (or more normal days) and that I should just tie up any loose ends and prepare for better times, i also asked what do I need to know about work this week and received 41.2>27 and i kind of understood that as quality over quantity or for example don't under quote myself.
I cast 41.2 first if that matters.

I read a heap of info on 40 Unchanging but still feel like something is missing.

Just wondering any thoughts on this hexagram unchanging in a business context,

40, Legge: If no (further) operations be called for, there will be good fortune in coming back (to the old conditions).
If some operations be called for, there will be good fortune in the early conducting of them.

If some problems will arise - take care of them without delay, but otherwise relax.

Thanks , yes i have been searching but just came across a good thread, i think this week just need to care of bits and pieces and it should come together,
Will lower the pace but keep my eye on things
