I received a letter in the mail today about my bank account to be terminated. I hadn’t realized I was being asked to send a minor tax form (w-9) in. I wasn’t receiving the warning notifications for the form because I don’t speak the local language and haven’t been checking the website’s message-inbox online.
Once I realized this mistake, I emailed them an apology and the form immediately, and also asked that all pressing correspondence be made through the post from now on..

Afterwards, I have asked the IChing “will the bank reverse the pending termination?” [since they received the tax document]

I think so. Line 5 says all the tortoise shell omens agree. It's usually a very encouraging line.

But line 6 might say this won't solve every problem you have with the bank. "Gaining servants, not a home."
