Unsusual as it is, maybe this time I understood my point and I am not looking for help... ! The fact is, yesterday it was raining, I was in a horrible mood, and I consulted the oracle about my two careers - I work at the University (but always on a short time contract), and on the other side I am trying to get published as a writer (while I have just published my first book as a poet). I asked more or less: "What is my situation with the University?" and "What is my situation as a writer?". I got hex 48 as answer to the first question, and hex 62 as answer to the second - no changing lines. It is such an exact description of how I feel about both points! I am even much too acquainted with hex 48 (I even wrote a poem about it, some years ago). It tells you: "My dear! You are marvellous like a well, filled with water, and water is all, it's life itself... The bad news are that unfortunatly you cannot move, and you must wait for others to come, hoping the jar does not break..." (I simply hate Iching irony!).
Anyhow, today I asked the same question about the University, and I got instead hex 62 (the answer I had yesterday about my writing), which is slightly more fashionable. I feel both careers are connected - at least they are in my mind - and that's the reason why somehow the two answers are also the two sides of the same problem. I also believe I must make some effort in order to be more optimistic, and I admit no tragedy is going to come - even if my hexes are not that "exiting", they are not that bad either.
I do not know exacly why I wrote all this. Sorry if I annoyed you.

Hi Vassilisa,

Seems like University is a good place for you to bring out your resources and let others share in what you have to offer.

Your writing too seems to be bubbling away and could come to fruition at a later date - I guess that depends on how well you look after your resources and thus your potential for creativity.

Anyway, I can safely say that on one here would be annoyed at you sharing like this. This is what this area is for.

Did you get any moving lines?

Anyhow, today I asked the same question about the University

I am curious as to why you asked the same question again. If a friend asked you where you bought your new dress, you replied, and then the next day day she asked the same question again wouldn't you find that odd? Or if you asked a friend how she liked her job and then the very next day again asked her how she liked her job wouldn't your friend think you were a little strange? I hope I haven't misunderstood your post.

Good question, Ken. The reason why I asked the same question again was that the first time I asked I was so worried about my future that I thought I could have influenced my hex and reading in the wrong way; while the day after I was at the University, and I thought the influence of the place itself could help. Of course it was not the proper thing to do, but, as sometimes it happens when you do not behave, it worked... By the way, I have a boyfriend who is used to ask and repeat the same thing many times, and I do not only find it odd... He positively annoyes me, I admit it, and I tell him so! But I answer him just the same, because I love him - so maybe the Oracle did the same for me...
I had no changing lines, Topal. It seems the situation should last for some time.
Thanks for everything to everybody. Vassilissa.
