I asked about the odds of finding a better outcome on certain situation if I go to place A, and received Hex 49.2 to 43; If I stay in place B, I got Hex 1.3.6 to 58

(For Place A) I found Hex 49.2 says that a change is necessary, I have done my best in this situation and now it is time to make that change, so prepare myself mentally.

(For Place B) I found that while Hex 1 is generally auspicious, 58 indicates quarrels between the parties, unless the parties truly respect each other.

Since this decision is extremely crucial for my health and well-being of my son, I need to plan really carefully and I am not sure if I am reading this correctly. If I should take an action if I should wait a bit (and prepare myself mentally).

I think your reading is OK. Except for the word auspicious, which implies predicting your future instead of gathering the tools you may need, and quarrels might be more neutrally understood as multiple adjustments or accommodations.

Because I lost my home and many of my friends are gone. I have to start from scratch; It is the place my son grew up in and has all the activities he cannot find around here. However, it appears that there are more possibilities to find a job around place B though the cost of living is much higher and it is difficult to attend to my medical needs and I am overwhelmed at having to attend to my in-laws demands while living here.
