Hello Seekers,

Strange answer isn't it when I asked the Yi whether it's a good idea to begin fitness classes from home? stillness when it's all about movement! In fact, it's the last thing I expected to hear since many women have suggested I teach them how to lose weight and keep fit.

Does it mean that I must quietly devise aplan of action?

Does it mean that I oughta get enough sleep so I can get up early for the classes?

Does it mean I shouldn't consider it at all?

No moving lines here, and when I cast again in order to get some movement, I drew 52 again, lines 1 and 2 moving. Turning to 26. Puzzled. please help!

In stillness one contemplates action to be taken.
Coiled in stillness, a serpent ready to strike, waiting for the best moment.

Gen--mountain above, mountain below, bringing ones heart to rest, bringing clarity to the mind.

Hi all,

only an intuition, but could be Yi is suggesting something different from fitness classes, like yoga, sitting meditation, things you do staying still.

Like a mountain.

Hi Anita,

Some believe Yi always addresses the question asked. I'm not one of them.

I suspect Yi is addressing unrest behind the question. Could you be feeling swept along by haste and activity, and possibly by the call from those who are suggesting that you lead them in this class? If so, then 52 is as Brian suggests, and 26 is also. Rest and movement are to compliment one another.

Be still, right from the beginning, and don't worry about your followers. Strongly restrain yourself - move the focus away from home.

In other words, it's not what you want. But it's what you get. Take it or leave it. (This is what I think the Yi is saying to you; it's not what I'm saying to you. What I have to say to you is this: "Isn't it frustrating and confusing when the Yi insists on confounding our desires?")

Anita...

What does the Yi think about Yoga for achieving fitness? Yoga is about stillness.

I have a Hatha Yoga class Monday evenings after my resistance training. That's yet another thing I love about my job. I can take Yoga classes here... morning, noon and evening.

Anyway, I'd love to know what you find out.

Love,

Val

Very interesting answer. It seems to suggest a problem, blockage on this path, but also that you could be an inspiration to others by doing this.

I think you have to climb this particular mountain before you can be the sage atop it. Are you really living a fit, healthy lifestyle? Clear out the parts that don't fit with this goal (ie, unhealthy habits). This might be a lot of work, certainly for many people it isn't easy.

Once you've done so (and maybe you have already) then I think you'll be in a good position to inspire others with a combination of attractiveness, health, and spirituality. Very pretty and snow-capped indeed - others may feel it's worth the long hike up...

Hi all,

Thank you much for your help.

Val - I do yoga, but I wasn't thinking of that initially at least. Most of them are overweight and need to lose the fat first and that's aerobics.

Jeff - well I did recently battle with smoking and overcame it once again. Had given up for years, but I've been a very light smoker. It's over now. thanks.

Candid, unrest? I dunno. I have a good enough job, but feel that opening up to fitness will give me an enduring means of income - and make me even more independent.

Brian- makes sense, in stillness think.

By the way,

I think now the 52 makes sense as I was palnning classes early morning, and these days my creative training programme happens early mornings. So of course I couldn't have. Maybe a second casting will yeild a different answer.
