52. Keeping Still
Line 6:
Kindhearted restraint.
Good fortune.
Something is held back, but not out of ill will. There is a friendly attitude. Things go well.
15. Humbleness
Humbleness.
Progressing.
The noble one brings things to a conlusion.
Being humble. This helps bringing things to a good end, as one is not in a position to make demands. There is progress.
If you look back up at my post on the hexagrams and lines, could the one which says, "something is being held back, but there is no ill will" mean you SHOULD form a limited company, despite the stress it can entail? I think I would read it as such, but we all must choose how exactly to interpret/act on the I Ching for ourselves. Being modest and humble, as the relating hexagram advises, always stands us in good stead when forming a company, as well.Thank you Foxx! It's certainly a start to understanding it better ... Sometimes the I Ching is just too cryptic (for me).
The issue was that friends suggested I form a limited company to save tax money (9%). This however also means that I need audited accounts and what I can / can't deduct and how I pay myself may/will make things more complicated AND above all, I'd be more prone to being audited, which could be stressful, too.
So I'm currently weighing up the pros and cons. When I couldn't arrive at a conclusion, I asked the I Ching.
SO ... if you have any more helpful insights, with the detail I've just provided, do feel free to enlighten me, as it'll be most appreciated. :bows:
Thanks in advance!
