I asked what could I 'invade' in regard to my job.

Yes things seemed very promising to begin with, BUT quite quickly yesterday, it went dark. Not sure if that's momentarily or if it's going to be ongoing.
It's clear my boss, the Principal, has anger management issues although it's not clear why YET.
I can see she is overwhelmed with all that she has to do, hence why she needs an assistant but I straight away noticed how disorganised she is. I've never seen anything like it.
Today the kids were a doing a small ceremony for ANZAC Day, each reading out a few paragraphs in front of their parents and surrounding community. They each had a page which they read out, and over the last few days they rehearsed it quite a few times, but every time we went to rehearse it the Principal couldn't remember where she put the pages and we all spent ages looking for them.
This morning was the actual ceremony, and she couldn't find the pages AGAIN, looked for them for half an hour and in the end had to reprint them.
It's not the only thing I've noticed in terms of her being a scattered sort of being.
Yesterday she was in a rage because she had to help a 7 year old boy tie his shoelaces.
Another young boy is openly defiant, and it almost got physical between him and her yesterday as she's not able to work out a strategy in how to deal with him. Later on she gave me the 'silent treatment' because I didn't do what she expected me to do in assisting her. She didn't tell me what she wanted, just expected me to know.
Personally I've managed it very well, so much different to how I would have in the past but still, I don't wish to 'manage' anything.
I wonder if the 'invade' may mean to invade that darkness and bring it back to lightness.
